Why a doula

Four things every family deserves

Continuous, knowledgeable support changes how birth feels — and, research suggests, how it goes.

Lower risk

Continuous labor support is associated with fewer cesareans, fewer interventions, and shorter labors.

Confidence & calm

A steady, familiar presence before, during, and after — so you feel safe enough to do the hard, beautiful work.

Clarity & knowledge

Plain-language, evidence-based guidance. You'll always know what's happening and what comes next — no jargon, no judgment.

A gentle beginning

The goal that holds all the others: a healthy baby and a mother who feels recovered, supported, and proud.

How we help

Support for every stage

Choose the care that fits your birth, your home, and your family — or let's design it together on a free call.

Birth doula

Continuous physical and emotional support through labor and delivery — comfort measures, position changes, and a calm advocate by your side.

Postpartum doula

Practical, nurturing care in the tender first weeks — feeding support, rest, recovery, and a steady hand at home.

Partner support

Your partner is never sidelined. We coach, reassure, and make space so you can face this together.

Our signature method

Calming breath techniques and optional, safe aromatherapy — comfort you can actually feel, around you and your baby.

Our signature

Calm you can feel

Two simple, learnable tools we bring to every birth and every home visit.

Guided, calming breath

Slow, structured breathing that softens fear, eases pain, and helps your body do what it knows how to do. We practice it with you ahead of time, so it's second nature when it matters.

Gentle aromatherapy (optional)

Carefully chosen, postpartum-safe scents used with care around feeding and baby. Always optional, always your choice — a small ritual that turns a room into a refuge.

Aromatherapy is optional and used only with your consent and within safe, evidence-informed guidelines.

Meet your doula

Hi, I'm Olena.

I'm a mother of three, and I've had three very different births — medicated, by cesarean, and finally the calm, prepared birth I always hoped for. That journey is exactly why I do this work. I know how much it matters to feel safe, informed, and never judged — in any language.

How it works

Three simple steps

No pressure, no obligation — just a calm path to the support you need.

01

A free conversation

We start with a relaxed 20-minute call. You ask anything; I listen. We see if we're the right fit — no commitment.

02

Your plan

Together we shape your care to you — your preferences, your home, your hopes for the day. We prepare side by side.

03

We're with you

On call as your due date nears, by your side through birth, and gently present through the fourth trimester.

Our promise
My wish is simple: that on this day, a woman feels not like she's at war, but at a celebration — the joyful arrival of the baby she's been waiting for.

Good questions

Things families often ask

No. A midwife is a medical provider who can deliver your baby. A doula provides non-medical physical, emotional, and informational support — and works alongside your OB or midwife, never in place of them.

Never. We complement your care team. We don't perform exams, make clinical decisions, or give medical advice — we help you feel supported, informed, and heard while your providers do their work.

Many families reach out in the second trimester, but it's never too early or too late. Even a few weeks of preparation makes a real difference — and the consultation is always free.

You're exactly who we're here for. Olena gave birth by cesarean herself. We support every kind of birth — planned, unexpected, medicated, or unmedicated — with the same care and zero judgment.

Absolutely. Breast, bottle, formula, or a mix — fed is the goal. We support whatever feeding choice keeps you and your baby healthy and sane, without a trace of guilt.
